1. Viktigt att känna till.

För bokad stuga respektive ställplats gäller incheckning klockan 14.00 ankomstdagen samt utcheckning 11:00 avresedagen.

2. När blir min bokning bindande?

När du har tagit del av bokningsbekräftelsen/bokningsbestämmelserna så är din bokning bindande.

3. När skall jag betala?

Vid internetbokning betalas vistelsen direkt genom kortbetalning.

4. Avbeställningsskydd

Avbeställningsskyddet kostar 500kr/stuga och 250kr/ställplats Om avbokning sker mindre än 2 veckor före ankomst återbetalas allt utom 500kr/250kr, läkarintyg krävs.

Vid avbokning tidigare än 2 veckor före ankomst krävs inget läkarintyg och då återbetalas allt utom 500kr/250kr. All avbokning sker skriftligen till oss via mail.

5. Vad gäller om jag avbokar och inte har avbeställningsskydd?

Om du avbokar eller avbryter din vistelse debiteras hela hyresavgiften.

6. Vad har jag för rättigheter?

Om vi inte tillhandahåller stugan i utlovat skick eller vid rätt tidpunkt och inte heller kan erbjuda dig likvärdigt hyresobjekt, har du rätt att säga upp avtalet. Vi måste då återbetala allt det du har betalat till oss. Istället för att säga upp avtalet kan du begära att vi sätter ner hyran. Om du har klagomål skall dessa framföras till oss snarast möjligt. Fel, som uppstår under din vistelse, bör du anmäla omgående så att vi kan rätta till dem. 

7. Vad har jag för skyldigheter?

Du måste vårda stugan/campingtomten väl och följa de ordningsregler, anvisningar och bestämmelser som gäller. Du ansvarar själv för alla skador som uppstår på stugan/campingtomten och dess inventarier genom att du eller någon annan i ditt sällskap varit vårdslös. Du får inte använda stugan/campingtomten till något annat än vad som avtalas vid bokningen (vanligtvis fritidsändamål).

Du får inte heller överlåta stugan/campingtomten till någon annan eller låta fler personer övernatta i stugan/campingtomten än vad du uppgav vid bokningen. 

Överträdelse av rökförbud/husdjur i stuga medför en saneringskostnad från 4.000kr för dig som hyresgäst. Du ansvarar för att samtliga nycklar återlämnas vid avresan, i annat fall blir du ersättningsskyldig. 

Avtalet upphör att gälla med omedelbar verkan om du eller någon i ditt sällskap uppträder störande eller begår skadegörelse eller om stugan/tomten används för icke avsett ändamål. Om avtalet upphör att gälla pga ovan nämnda fall måste du och ditt sällskap flytta från stugan/tomten och du äger inte rätt att återfå någon del av hyresbeloppet.

8. Säkerhetsavstånd

Avståndet mellan två campingenheter skall vara minst 4 meter. Med campingenhet menas husvagn eller husbil. Det är ditt eget ansvar som campinggäst att se till att avstånden till dina grannar hålls. Om detta inte efterföljs måste hela campingenheten flyttas så 2-meters-regeln till tomtgränsen uppfylls. 

9. Elförbrukning

El ingår i priset vid dygnsbokning och avser elen som nyttjas till husvagn/husbil samt i stugan. Det är därmed förbjudet att ladda sin elbil på campingen och från stugorna. Om regeln inte efterföljs kommer en avgift på 1000kr att debiteras.

10. Force majeure

Strejk, lockout, eldsvåda, explosion, krig eller liknande krigstillstånd, väsentliga inskränkningar i leveranser eller andra omständigheter utanför leverantörens kontroll, berättigar leverantören att häva avtalet utan skyldighet att utge skadestånd.

11. Vad händer om vi inte kommer överens?

Vänd dig direkt till oss med eventuella klagomål. Tänk på att dina möjligheter att få rättelse kan minska om du dröjer med att klaga. Om vi inte kommer överens, kan du vända dig till Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

12. Behandling av personuppgifter

Genom att slutföra bokningen samtycker resenären till att personuppgifter får behandlas av Sjöbodsviken Havscamping / Verkställande Byrån AB. Syftet med detta är att möjliggöra sedvanlig gästadministration och att tillförsäkra att Sjöbodsviken Havscamping har tillförlitlig persondokumentation i händelse av olycksfall samt att administrera och behandla eventuella skador. Vid bokning erhåller gästen mailbekräftelse. 

BRA ATT VETA INNAN NI KOMMER

Vi hoppas att ni ska få en trevlig vistelse hos. Följande regler gäller för din och övriga campinggästers trevnad.

- Visa hänsyn! Störande uppträdande är inte tillåtet.

- Kasta skräp och sopor i avsedda behållare som finns inom området Kontakta receptionspersonal om behållarna är överfulla.

- Lämna de gemensamma utrymmena i samma skick du själv önskar finna dem.

- Hundägare ombedes visa hänsyn mot övriga gäster. Håll hunden kort i koppel och använd hundpåse.

- Den som skadar byggnader, material eller andra campares ägodelar kan göras ersättningsskyldig enligt gällande regler.

- Personalen har rätt att vidta åtgärder mot gäster som inte respekterar de ovanstående enkla och självklara trivselregler. Gäster som uppträder störande kan avvisas omgående.

SAMTYCKE FÖR BEHANDLING AV PERSONUPPGIFTER

Ni godkänner nu att era personuppgifter lagras och hanteras utav oss i enlighet med Sjöbodsviken Havscamping/Verkställande Byrån ABs GDPR policy. Dessa uppgifter lagras för att vi ska kunna hantera/behandla ert ärende och kunna ta kontakt med er. Ni är närsomhelst välkomna att be om ett registerutdrag för att se vilka uppgifter som finns registrerade samt att meddela oss om ni önskar få era uppgifter strukna ur våra register.

Booking conditions 

1. Important to know. For booked cabins and pitches, check-in applies at 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out at 11:00 on the day of departure.

2. When does my booking become binding?

Once you have read the booking confirmation/booking regulations, your booking is binding.

3. When should I pay?

When booking online, the stay is paid directly by card payment.

4. Cancellation Protection

Cancellation protection costs SEK 500/cottage and SEK 250/pitching. If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before arrival, everything is refunded except SEK 500/SEK 250, medical certificate required.

In case of cancellation earlier than 2 weeks before arrival, no medical certificate is required and everything except SEK 500/SEK 250 will be refunded. All cancellations are made in writing to us via email.

5. What if I cancel and do not have cancellation protection?

If you cancel your stay, the full rental fee will be charged.

6. What rights do I have?

If we do not provide the cabin in the promised condition or at the right time, nor can we offer you an equivalent rental property, you have the right to terminate the agreement. We must then refund everything you have paid to us. Instead of terminating the agreement, you can request that we lower the rent. If you have complaints, these must be brought to us as soon as possible. Errors that occur during your stay should be reported immediately so that we can correct them.

7. What are my obligations?

You must take good care of the cabin/camping site and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply. You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur to the cabin/camping site and its furnishings as a result of you or someone else in your party being careless. You may not use the cabin/camping site for anything other than what is agreed at the time of booking (usually leisure purposes).

You may also not hand over the cabin/camping plot to someone else or let more people spend the night in the cabin/camping plot than you stated when booking.

Violation of the smoking ban/pets in the cottage entails a clean-up cost from SEK 4,000 for you as a tenant. You are responsible for all keys being returned upon departure, otherwise you will be liable for compensation.

The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if you or someone in your party behaves in a disruptive manner or commits damage or if the cottage/plot is used for an unintended purpose. If the agreement ceases to apply due to the above-mentioned cases, you and your party must move from the cottage/plot and you are not entitled to recover any part of the rental amount.

8. Safety distance

The distance between two camping units must be at least 4 meters. A camping unit means a caravan or mobile home. It is your own responsibility as a camping guest to ensure that the distances to your neighbors are maintained. If this is not followed, the entire camping unit must be moved so that the 2-meter rule to the plot boundary is met.

9. Electricity consumption

Electricity is included in the price for 24-hour bookings and refers to the electricity used for the caravan/mobile home and in the cabin. It is therefore forbidden to charge your electric car on the campsite and from the cabins. If the rule is not followed, a fee of SEK 1000 will be charged.

10. Force majeure

Strike, lockout, fire, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions in deliveries or other circumstances beyond the supplier's control entitle the supplier to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages.

11. What happens if we don't agree?

Contact us directly with any complaints. Keep in mind that your chances of getting rectified may be reduced if you delay in making a complaint. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the General Complaints Board.

12. Processing of personal data

By completing the booking, the traveler agrees that personal data may be processed by Sjöbodviken Havscamping/Verkställande Byrån AB. The purpose of this is to enable customary guest administration and to ensure that Sjöbodviken Havscamping has reliable personal documentation in the event of an accident, as well as to administer and treat any injuries. When booking, the guest receives email confirmation.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME

We hope you will have a pleasant stay with us. The following rules apply to your and other camping guests' well-being.

- Show consideration! Disruptive behavior is not permitted.

- Throw trash and garbage in designated containers located within the area. Contact reception staff if the containers are overflowing.

- Leave the common areas in the same condition as you would like to find them.

- Dog owners are asked to show consideration for other guests. Keep the dog on a short leash and use a dog bag.

- Anyone who damages buildings, materials or other campers' possessions can be made liable for compensation according to current regulations.

- The staff has the right to take measures against guests who do not respect the above simple and obvious comfort rules. Guests who behave in a disruptive manner may be rejected immediately.

You now agree that your personal data is stored and handled by us in accordance with Sjöbodsviken Havscamping/Verkställande Byrån AB's GDPR policy. This information is stored so that we can manage/process your case and contact you. You are welcome at any time to request a register extract to see what information is registered and to let us know if you wish to have your information deleted from our registers.
